What we receive
When you send a request, we receive what you type in the form: your name, e-mail address and phone number, the trip or transfer you are interested in, the date, the number of travellers, where you are staying and your message. We also record the IP address the request came from, only to block automated spam.
What we use it for
Only to answer your request and organise your trip. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising or newsletters.
Who sees it
The agency’s team, in our booking system and by e-mail. We also send you an e-mail confirming that we received your request. If you choose WhatsApp, the message goes from your own WhatsApp app, and WhatsApp’s terms apply to that conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep your request in our booking system so that we can follow your trip. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

This website does not place cookies on visitors’ devices and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
