You can pay the full amount of your activity in advance or on arrival with Free Cancellation!

As soon as you make your booking you will receive an immediate confirmation with all necessary information.

Make a Booking for Multi-day tour

In order to have your tour confirmed, we require a deposit of 30% at the time of booking. The balance should be paid on arrival or on the day of the activity in cash or by the bank transfer. You can also pay the full amount of your activity in advance.

Once you pay the deposit, it’s not refundable, instead, it can be credited to the payment of another trip taken within 48 weeks of the original date of your travel arrangements, with fewer costs incurred.

As soon as you make your booking you will receive an immediate confirmation with all necessary information.

Passenger names, as they appear on passports, should be provided.


The price of Private Group Bookings depends on the number of seats reserved.

Amend a Booking

Except for some cases, your booking cannot be changed within 24 hours of the start of your travel arrangements without extra costs.

The majority of hotels and guesthouses with less than ten rooms require full payment during the time of cancellation policy which is up to 30 days. Please bear in mind that any hotel or guesthouses cancellation within 30 days of your travel date may require additional costs.

If you want an amendment, please contact us and confirm your request in writing. We will take it into consideration but we can’t ensure any amendments. Extra costs incurred for any amendments.

For amendments made during a tour change of itinerary by you, there is no refund for any accommodations not used.

For confirmed amendments, you are responsible for ensuring that your visa and/or insurance cover remains valid.

Cancel a Booking

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the start date of your experience.

Force Majeure

When in force majeure, if we are forced to cancel your whole trip or part of it, you will be refunded, but you won’t be paid any compensation.

Special Requests

For any special requests (ex: wheelchair…), please contact us in writing before booking. Anything not confirmed in writing by us is not part of our contract.


When you should complain about something, tell your driver/guide or contact us, we will blithely be there to help and solve the problem as soon as possible
